Highmark Senior Living (Highmark), an affiliate of Hubbell Realty Company, is a full service senior living, assisted living, and memory care provider for Edencrest communities, and is based out of West Des Moines, Iowa. Highmark focuses on quality care excellence for residents and providing the finest communities of choice at Edencrests throughout Iowa. 

Highmark will provide management and oversight for six (6) senior communities in Central Iowa, serving more than 400 residents and 300 employees. A seventh community will come online in April. 

Edencrest Communities are located throughout central Iowa in Altoona, Ankeny, Des Moines, Johnston, Norwalk, and Urbandale. 

Hubbell Realty is also amid construction of two additional Edencrest communities in Waukee and Pleasant Hill, with another proposed in Adel for slated future growth.

OUR TEAM

Highmark is a collaborative, trusted team composed of seasoned professionals who are optimizing a healthy, balanced working environment with a focus on customer service and investing in the future. 
Casey oversees all operations of Highmark Senior living and Edencrest communities. He has 16 years of experience in healthcare for Care Initiatives and is a licensed assisted living manager.

Leah has 17 years of experience in senior living and 20 years of experience in hospitality. Previously, she has worked in many roles surrounding the Sales and Operations side of senior living.

Leah Jewell Bugos

Director of Sales & Marketing
Joy has been a registered nurse for 34 years. Previously, she worked as a nurse consultant traveled to provide training, as well as a Director of Nursing in Assisted Living communities. She leads the Edencrest communities wellness departments to provide top healthcare service.

Joy Laudick

Regional Director, Clinical Services

Shannon has over 25 years of experience in senior living. Most recently, she was the Executive Director for Edencrest at the Legacy! She oversees life enrichment programs and culinary experiences at all Edencrest communities.

Shannon Giles

Regional Director, Life Enrichment and Culinary Services

Anna supports the Edencrest communities and Highmark Senior Living through social media management, website optimization, and SEO. Anna has five years of experience in Digital Marketing.

Anna Heroux

Digital Marketing Specialist

Heather is a registered nurse with 18 years of experience and has been with Edencrest for 12 years. She supports the Edencrest communities by training and coaching the wellness staff to provide the best care to residents.
